Explore Florida Bay with the Everglades National Park. On a full day guided trip guided by an Institute Naturalist , with only 6 people, you will paddle around Cape Sable where you might see Crocodiles in the shoreline, snorkel a plane wreck or seagrass beds and watch the amazing diversity of life that the bay has to offer. Where you go each day will be based on the days weather and your groups special interests. Your guide will be a Captain on the Everglades National Park Institute staff who will teach you about the different habitats in the park and the importance of the Everglades Watershed and how they interact with each other along with history of the area.

When you meet your Captain, you will board your boat at 10:00 AM with up to 6 people and cross Florida Bay. You will get in the water on your morning adventure paddling and/or snorkeling. Then you will stop for lunch ashore the Cape Sable beach and then start your afternoon adventure paddling and/or snorkeling. Many times we see dolphins, manatees and sea turtles and of course the many varieties of birds that live here. You will return across the bay and arrive at Flamingo Visitor Center at about 4:00 PM.

Bring a lunch, we provide a cooler to keep your lunch cool on the boat and we provide a water cooler to refill your water bottles.
