Cancellation Policy

If you have a question please call us at (786) 465-4058 between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please be sure to read all our qualifications for participating in our programs. If you choose to book and do not meet the qualifications or do not wear the correct clothing and shoes as specified in the confirmation, you will not be able to participate in the program and you may not receive a refund.

Please note we do not waive our cancellation policy for unforeseen events such as changes in flights, sudden illness, or unexpected traffic. Trip Insurance may help cover lost costs due to unforeseen events that prevent you from participating in your booked activity.

Refunds and changes to your bookings cannot take place on the same day as your booked activity.

Bookings of five (5) or fewer people
Bookings of five (5) or fewer guests can be canceled with a refund or rebooked up to 48 hours prior to their activity. Bookings of five (5) or fewer guests will not receive a refund for cancellations or changes to bookings within 48 hours of their activity. If you have purchased your booking of five (5) or fewer guests within 48 hours of your activity, please note our cancellation and refund policy is still applicable.

Private Bookings and Bookings with six (6) or more people
Private bookings and bookings of six (6) or more guests can be canceled with a refund or rebooked 14 days prior to their activity. Private bookings and bookings of six (6) or more guests will not receive a refund for cancellations or changes to their bookings within 14 days of their activity. If you have purchased your private booking or booking of six (6) or more guests within 14 days of your scheduled activity, please note our cancellation policy is still applicable.

Weather
If we cancel the activity due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the opportunity to rebook for another day or receive a full refund.

Late-No Show
All bookings will be considered a “no-show cancellation” if you have not checked in and signed the waiver at least 5 minutes before the activity and a refund will not be issued.
